Boulders and Lead

  • Bouldering: This is a form of rock climbing performed on small rock formations or artificial rock walls without the use of ropes or harnesses. It’s typically done over shorter heights and focuses on strength, technique, and problem-solving.

  • Lead Climbing: This is a style of climbing where the climber ascends a route while periodically attaching protection (such as quickdraws) to fixed bolts or anchors in the wall. The rope is clipped through the protection as the climber progresses, with a belayer managing the rope from below.
